A butter knife is about as sensuously rounded a "knife" as one will ever find. The only killing it is involved with is slow death from atherosclerosis...

At the risk of upsetting my rooting tooting gun toating friends across the pond it is somewhat galling that knife crime threads always seem to end up being turned into America's gun control debate and cited by the pro gun lobby as some sort of defence of firearms. Inspite of some unavoidable similarities eg; death and physical harm it is disingenuous to claim there is no difference between guns and knives, it's like saying there's no difference between a Ferrari and a roller skate because they both have four wheels.

No one has claimed there is no difference.
An object can be used as a tool or a weapon. It is not the object, it is the use, and that is the important point.

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

It's called parody...

It's a method of humor to make fun of something, by pointing out flaws in something other than the intended subject - and forces the viewer to draw the correct conclusion...............

....

This on the other hand, is simply condescending sarcasm......

Don't worry - you'll eventually pick up on the differences...

The difference between prayer and masturbation - is when a guy is through masturbating - he has something to show for his efforts.
