Nice one. Bowing

Ironically, the only answer actually focused on the question in the OP seemed bizarrely off topic.

You have been docked 20 internet points.

Yes

And see me after class.

Tongue

I know, but I felt really quite alone in the thread so decided to let my mind wander, and see where I wound up. I'll accept the dock points.

His signature alone gets the substance of Atheism wrong ... three times in a single sentence. Hell I've never read any Humanist literature that claims that humans DEFINE reality let alone in the same way theists think god does which is what his wording seems to suggest.

It's not even ontological... it's a philosophical and ethical position sure but it does not philosophically fall under ontology.

There is about 6 or more mistakes in his own signature so yes I do think I am. On this subject at least.Drinking Beverage

I would imagine that someone like him with such a flawed understanding of basic concepts would have difficulty understanding the flaws.

Its the same with people who experience some level of brain damage through some physical trauma. They are unaware that the damage may effect their thought processes.

Welcome to the forum. You know ontology? I'll start a discussion in the Philosophy board.

Humanism - ontological doctrine that posits that humans define reality
Theism - ontological doctrine that posits a supernatural entity creates and defines reality
Atheism - political doctrine opposed to theist doctrine in public policy
I am right, and you are wrong - I hope you die peacefullyCool
