Well, those scientists have made stupid decision in Idaho. May be it is because they are part of Washington cartel.

We're not talking about North Korean scientists here, Alla. Do you also think that 97% of the climate scientists worldwide who consider indications of the contribution of humans to global warming as statistically significant are also part of the Washington cartel even though many of them are not even US scientists? Don't go all paranoid psikeyhackr on me, sister.

In your defense, the management of the Grey Wolf population in Idaho and Montana has been farcically mismanaged.

But it was well done in Yellowstone.

Question.

So these cunts take over this refuge at gun point. They eventually get into a standoff and a gunfight with Police leaving a man dead. And the po-po's response is "comon guys, time to go home"???? WTF EVEN IS THAT! If they were Muslim they would all be dead and the armed defenders/army peeps would be standing over their dead bodies taking selfies 2 hours after they originally occupied the refuge.

For Alla and anyone else that thinks Major Disaster's Militia has a point.

Yup. I said this in an earlier post. The land my house is sitting on in here in Portland originally belonged to Native Americans. Every square inch of land in the US belonged to its indigenous people but we can't go backwards in time. We need to live with the present situation.

If every citizen of the US went out and did whatever the hell they wanted to do on government lands it would be a war zone.

A little side note. The guy in the video is correct about African Americans here in Portland. It was illegal for them to move here until the 1920's. However, during WW II 20,000 African Americans were allowed to come here to work in the Kaiser Shipyards for wartime construction but they could only live in a housing project built for them in a wetland area near the Columbia River. The area was called Vanport. Not long after the war ended a huge flood destroyed Vanport and all the houses. Some of the former workers returned to their pre-war homes but many stayed and were displaced and homeless. They had to live somewhere and again a black-only area was designated for them. A lot of people living in Portland today have never even heard of the Vanport floods and it's history. It's been nicely swept under the local historical rug.

...and if you ask a knowledgeable Mexican (or US-ian) I am living in "California Ocupado". Same kind of story. The US beat the locals out of a ton of land out here in the southwest.

RE: Oregon standoff (probably) ended
The Oregon standoff will likely end today

The Government finally went after Cliven Bundy for the 2014 standoff and his refusal to pay his over $1 million in taxes. Ammon and Ryan Bundy are already in custody. There are four people left in the ranch, and they seem to be making peace with with surrendering... except they're calling it "turning ourselves in", because there's apparently a big difference.

RE: Oregon standoff (probably) ended
Posted this in the other Oregon thread. It's the call which took place last night. It's worth skimming through, the first few minutes especially (the whole thing is almost five hours), to hear some of the nuttiness that took place. It starts off with one of the guys freaking out a bit. Took a few hours to get him calmed down and come to something of an agreement.

There are some real gems mixed in with the chaos. The Braveheart/God reference starting at 2:46:25 is worth a listen.
