Part of Old Poem of Sorts.
Go with the flow , obey the good
No need to knoew if you really should
The time senjoyed are insurpassed
think for yourself and finish last.
In western society, said to be free
there are right of sorts don't you see.
There's freedom there in joining a cause
but hang on a minute, before the applause
What of those with opposing views?
Or is the fun to be found in mutual abuse?
Are our polarized thoughts, almost subliminal
To see all bu tour own as the heinous criminal

Our clever world rests on a huge divide
As the Church and pollies say with pride.
Wheyr'e doing our part to help world suffering
Their pseudo good deeds; simply a buffering.
In a culture wher affluence knows no bound
Will real help for the masses ever be found.

Any pleasure today can be bought at a price
and from what I have read lots are not very nice
Cocaine, child abuse, pickled brains and superstars.
Dog cooked at your table and drinks spiked at bars
As part of it all we intuit sick grandness
Oh for simplicity, I'd even take blandness.
