Paul
Paul is known for writing most of the new testament and witnessing the resurection of jesus. Can you all help me with why he is stretching the truth. I was debating earlier today, and didnt know enough about Paul to refute him the best I could. Dont worry though I won the debate I mean I had plenty of facts refuting Jesus, but I want to know more about Paul, and what you all would tell a theist if they brought him up and that he witnessed Jesus coming back to life.

Paul never knew Jesus while Jesus was alive. It all came from hearsay, as the second link suggests. It is hard to determine what actually happened because the majority of reading on the Internet is by Christian fucks whose only source of evidence is the Bible, which we know is not an accurate source of historical information. What I can find is that Paul, before being somehow converted, persecuted Christians. He did this after Jesus died, as this is when his ideas really spread. Supposedly on the road to Damascus, Paul saw a vision of Jesus that converted him.

I don't know. There are no firm historical records out there. All I can find are replies by Christians who quote the Bible. It is like justifying the superiority of the Aryan race by quoting Mein Kampf. It doesn't work that way, you need an independent source.
