But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

2016 isn't starting out very well...losing a lot of talented people. Undecided

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

I know all my musical heroes are getting on in years...and it's just something to get used to. I guess I'm just not mentally prepared.

Still, my mind goes back to when Entwisle died. I was sad, but it wasn't a gripping or devastating sadness. I mean the dude went out like a rock star with hookers and blow in Las Vegas. I could respect that.

I feel like I've lost three of biggest authors of my personal soundtrack to my life.

Jefferson Airplane is woven like a tapestry around my life.

When I first got my drivers license, like straight from the DMV, I drove to their house (long sold more than once). I don't know why I did it. Shits and giggles to see if I could find it on my own?

There seems to be a trend. Consider

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

I don't really know a lot about the members of the band...but am a huge fan of Grace Slick!

RE: Paul Kantner died!
Yet another funeral for Keith Richards.

That guy is a cockroach. When the nukes go off, he will be all that's left.

Shackle their minds when they're bent on the cross
When ignorance reigns, life is lost

Lol. You gotta respect the lady who attended the same college/ boarding school(?) as Nixon's daughter and got invited to a White House tea...

And goes on the radio talking about how she was totally going to dose tricky Dick with LSD. Laugh out load

Somewhere I have her autograph...

When he finally does die...no one will be shocked. The man lived...he just lived. I'm actually ok with that.
