I 100% agree.
I've always wondered how they think they know this.
I guess if the book says it, and they "feel" it, it must be the way god wants it.

Really it doesn't matter if the book says it. People who believe in God tend to associate everything good with God and everything bad with free will.

They can be a good person without relying on God, but they don't think they can. Which really isn't much better because they might cling all the harder to their faith for fear they will somehow become a sociopath or something. Undecided
