No. Excessive eating of things you know are bad for your health is negative. It is all very simple.

Sure it is. People get confused I guess because of the seven deadly sins. That doesn't mean that death is the punishment for each of these wrongs or negatives. It's kinda the culmination of multiple sins or one really big one without the eventual acceptance of truth that proves to be damning.
