Well yeah by then you will be drunk enough not to remember it anyway so why bother telling you?

not a phrase, but when people add an 'x' sound to words that don't have one- exspecially, expresso - it really annoys me.

Atheism is the only way to truly be free from sin.

People don't call anymore. They "reach out."

Ugh.

We have enough youth. How about looking for the Fountain of Smart?

What have I become, my sweetest friend, everyone I know goes away in the end ...
If I could start again, a million miles away. I would keep myself, I would find a way.

Also,
"Irregardless" (my dad won't stop saying this)

Fuck off.. It's JUST regardless.Censored

But it's legit enough to be in the dictionary. Man, the dictionary is going down hill lately.

irregardless |ˌiriˈgärdlis|
adjective& adverb informal
regardless.
ORIGIN early 20th cent.: probably a blend of irrespective and regardless.
usage: Irregardless is widely heard, perhaps arising under the influence of such perfectly correct forms as irrespective, but should be avoided by careful users of English. Use regardless to mean ‘without regard or consideration for’ or ‘nevertheless’.

There are two kinds of dictionaries, or two ways of compiling word usage:
descriptive and prescriptive.

Most dictionary creators seem to try to balance these, some are more successful than others. Dodgy

I like the phrase "it is what it is" because, you know... It is what it is.

I use "it is what it is" frequently. It's pretty much my mantra.

Oh, and I don't believe in god and I'm sure I don't.
