Picture of Jupiter
With all the Trump and Political threads popping up lately I figured the forum could use something different so here is a photo of Jupiter taken by Juno two days ago.

Great picture!
I just saw in a documentary the other day that because of the high carbon content in the clouds, and the pressures involved, it's possible it rains diamonds on Jupiter and Saturn.

Always found the "surface" of this gas giant to look like a painting. Unreal. I like the old timelapse stuff of it from Voyager.

In one of Clarke's books (2010 I think) Jupiter is converted into a mini star and he says mankind would never know the core was a giant diamond.
