Pork Chops with Sauteed mushroom cream leek sauce.
Pork Chop: Layer gently your porn chop on both sides with garlic powder and parsley. Fry on both sides with 2 table spoons of butter until done without burning it. Very simple, only a fool can mess this up.

Sauteed Mushroom cream and leak sauce.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tsp of rubbed sage
Salt and pepper, to taste
about 6 or a little more ounces of mushrooms, sliced or diced.
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp flour
1/4 leek, roughly chopped

Directions
Melt butter in a saute pan over low heat. Add garlic and sage. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms, cook 5 minutes until slightly softened. Pour in cream and heat slowly with flour added when boiling occurs to help thicken. When the sauce has reached a velvety smooth and thick consistency, remove from stove. Stir in leek and serve immediately on top of pork chop.

I do something kinda similar, except my recipe uses cream cheese, Cajun spice, dry sherry...Some other stuff...

Oh and a pinch of nutmeg and no leeks, I dice onion.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces
