Like when desperate parents pray for the life of their cancer-stricken infant. And "your Creator" tells them to go fuck themselves and lets them watch their beautiful and innocent child die slowly in horrific agony. Seen it happen.

We all die, whether by a stroke in our sleep or breaking down in the womb. It's never pretty, and there's never dignity. You can't die with dignity, but we can live with it.
