How is atheism contradictory?

What are your grounds for denying theism?

Do you think there is a contradiction if someone is not republican? Or not a democrat?

It's middle Earth first then Valinor. That's why it's "middle" Earth because it's kind of like purgatory. An awesome purgatory.

No. Straight to Valinor.

It says so in the Silmarillion. And there are no lies in that book because it says so in the Silmarillion.

And you know it!

My inner geek had to look up Tolkein mythology, I now have a new favorite deity - Eru Ilúvatar

Indeed. The ultimate deity.

Even though you have only just discovered his name, you already knew he existed.

You knew it in your heart.

Yes

Yeah, that's how I remembered it as well and some searching agrees, although Valinor isn't where you go after death, it is where you go instead of dying. The elves, and a few individuals like Frodo, go there when they are weary of life in Middle Earth.

And it is 'Middle Earth' because it lies between Valinor to the west and the lands to the east. Until the path was curved to prevent people from finding the way to Valinor it was literally in the middle.

Yabut! ... According to presuppositionalism, we're all Tolkienians. And we know it!

I'm still waiting.

1. Atheism is based in logic. You with me there? Good.
2. Begging the question is defined as an argument in which the conclusion is used as a premise of the argument.
3. Begging the question is fallacious
4. Logic is axiomatic
5. Axioms are logical
6. Logic relies on begging the question
7. Logic is fallacious
8. Atheism is fallacious.

Still waiting on the contradiction, Diddo

That which can be asserted without evidence can be refuted without evidence. No evidence, no further grounds needed.

Now stop trying to think: you clearly don't know how to do it.

So, your grounds for denying theism is logic?

Truth seeker.
