A fifth of vodka a day is likely to destroy my gut. Probiotics for the win.

That, and/or some pill you are taking are likely destroying your flora.

RE: Probiotics
Some home brew contains a different "probiotic" I hear:

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

RE: Probiotics
I had a vague memory of a thread about probiotics here. Glad to see my memory is still working. Angel

Anyway, what are people's thoughts on these products? They aren't meant for ingestion, but they are related.

To me, it seems like if this idea takes hold and everyone's household & business starts using these, maybe our immune systems won't be challenged like they should be. Idk, I don't know much about this. I was just introduced to this idea an hour ago when I couldn't stay asleep and I hopped on the internet again. Tongue

RE: Probiotics
You could also try Tibicos, a culture also known as Water Kefir. Once you have the culture, it's simple to make, let it brew a few days then drink about 4 ounces daily. It's loaded with probiotics. Lots of info on youtube.

Oh, I am all about the placebo effect!

I don't care what the statistics say. If it works, it works.

Glad your feeling better girly.
