No, it doesn't. As you said, the article disputes the sincerity of the endorsement, it does not dispute its existence. Therefore, it does not dispute that Will Quigg endorsed Hillary Clinton.

Edit: Oh and since you seem to think that I was unaware of the doubts surrounding its sincerity, here's some evidence for you that I knew about it before I even made the post you responded to (Firefox' browsing history orders the entries from most to least recent, so start at the bottom).
