Score! I sorta read your previous PDF, didn't have the foggiest clue what you were up to. This one looks fun if equally unlikely to succumb to mein intellect. At least there's pictures Tongue I've started to be quite interested in geology, currently reading a book on meteorite impacts Smile

We'll love you just the way you are

I couldn't get past the title. Reading the abstract I thought I was reading some sort of historical record of some primitive cro-magnon war. No?

Congrats! I would think that a published paper (or two or three) would be equivalent to defense of a thesis? I like Girly's suggestion, reviewing grants.

I still need a couple of publications out of my dissertation research though. This is technically the first publication from my dissertation work.

Does anyone else find this pornographic?

The Frasnian-Famennian interval is exposed in a pair of outcrops near Tioga, Pennsylvania, in the northern Appalachian Basin. Upper Kellwasser-equivalent strata appear to be covered, but the Lower Kellwasser is exposed.

It's exposed for the whole world to see. You can stare deep into its crevices and pluck out all the little critters you find within. Still sexy?
