I will not prolong the inevitable.. So what is your favorite food?

My favorite food would have to be gyros.

RE: Favorite Foods.
I'll go with the ribeye, but lobster does keep trying to push it out of the way. So - surf and turf.

RE: Favorite Foods.
Cheese. Lots of different ones. Here are a couple of my favorites:

I love a very rich one called Mimolette, a cow's-milk cheese. When it's a young cheese, it's soft and almost tastes like Parmesan but when it's aged, it has the most nutty richness mmm...

And perhaps my favorite is a goat cheese called Humboldt Fog - the tiny blue-gray stripe is vegetable ash which adds an interesting tang.

Each part of this cheese has a different flavor and texture; the white cake middle has a smooth goat like taste, the gooey area surrounding it is smooth and rich like a brie and will get even more so with age, and the edible rind is mellow with a nice, spongy texture.

Roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, steamed spinach. Heaven.

A plate of tomatoe , mozzarella, basil. That's my all time summer favourite.
During Wintertime I could eat root vegetable soup every day!

I'm a cheese lover, too. That's my weakness. The food I admire the most are BEANS. They should have their own food group, they are such a dynamic food. The food that makes me feel freshest are fruits. I LOVE fruit smoothies with a tiny bit of yogurt- YUM! I'll snack on popcorn.
