Black bean on quesadilla, black bean on pizza, black bean in rice, black bean in a cream-cheese sprout sandwich, black bean chilli, black bean BURGERS (mmmm....), black bean soup, black bean dips used with black bean baked chips and black bean spaghetti.

Black beans are my favourite bean. Wait... frick, they tie with coffee beans Big Grin Drinking Beverage

And human beans- MMM BABY! WHY HASN'T ANYONE MENTIONED BABY BEAN YET! Thumbsup

Love pizza...love breakfast foods...love potatoes almost any way you can cook them...but I have to say chocolate beats everything else.

There are at least three ways to make it - same batter, different cooking.

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 or 3 eggs
pinch of salt

whisk vigorously or us a blender, pour into prepared pan.

Prepared pan, pick one:
  1. (traditional)Pour the batter around the roast in the last minutes of cooking, after removing potatoes, onions; leave beef.
  2. (family)Pour the batter into the roasting pan after removing all meat & veg.
  3. (favorite)In muffin pans, cover bottom of each cup with pan drippings (~1/2 tsp). Put pans in 450 oven to pre-heat. Pour batter into each, return to oven.

Cook at 450, approx. 25 min.
