Do Catholics recognize the scripture as being flawed in some instances?

ie
inconsistencies
fallacies against science
unacceptable moral behavior

1) Catholics believe that Protestants do not posses the full truth, and while it is possible for them to ascend to heaven, it is more difficult for them to do so.
