Quotes needed
Looking for positive/inspirational quotes by atheists that don't have to do with atheism or religion. I posted a Matt Dillahunty quote liked and shared by a baptist preacher, I was quite proud!

How about:
"Normal is an illusion. What's normal for the spider is chaos for the fly." (Charles Addams)

Okay so maybe that's not all that positive, but it's true. And it's one of my favorites.

Anything by this guy.
... Consider actually I'm not sure I'd call Campbell an atheist, more like another dude who sees the Slack. Gets extra credit for not going completely batshit bonkers.

RE: Quotes needed
I don't know how "inspirational" they are, but I love them.

Two from Neil deGrasse Tyson:
Not only does 12+1=11+2, but the letters “twelve plus one” rearrange to give you “eleven plus two”.
Geek e-mail signoff: "No trees were killed to send this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced."

And from Morgan Freeman:
Don't confuse my personality with my attitude. My personality is who I am; my attitude depends on who you are.

You might want to check the Great Quotes thread. Some may fit your needs while others are more reminiscent of Myspace or the Hallmark aisle.

RE: Quotes needed
Well, being in a silly Sunday mood today, how bout a cool poem. This is as profound as it gets.

If I had a hundred dollars to spend,
Or maybe a little more,
I’d hurry as fast as my legs would go
Straight to the animal store.

I wouldn’t say, “How much for this or that?”
“What kind of a dog is he?”
I’d buy as many as rolled an eye,
Or wagged a tail at me!

I’d take the hound with the drooping ears
That sits by himself alone;
Cockers and Cairns and wobbly pups
For to be my very own.

I might buy a parrot all red and green,
And the monkey I saw before,
If I had a hundred dollars to spend,
Or maybe a little more.

(Rachel Field "The Animal Store" 1947)

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.
