I suppose I need to go out and fill the bird feeders...the squirrels are looking toward the house and I think I saw one tapping his foot impatiently.

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

We are in town...the squirrels are now immune to pellet gun shots. They just brush them off and give us a bad look...then they run off to round up friends. Dodgy

***We do have a shotgun but even being in TX I think it would draw needless attention to our house.

Yes I'm reminded of the old bromide- "If you took all the economists in the world, and lined them up end to end, they'd still point in different directions."

Normal? No such thing. Truth is, people are pretty similar, but all consider themselves unique in some way or another. One could smear some peanut butter description over some group, but there would still be some chunks (if you have good peanut butter) that are sticking up out of the rest of the smooth part, and others that are stuck deeper into the bread.
