Finally took a damp rag to all the doors in the house. It's amazing how much dust and yuck gets on a door.

Meeting a girlfriend though for a lunch and shopping session.

Yep, that's next on my list. Closing every door in the house that's normally open, and dusting. Then vacuuming everything. Then take out the recycle. Then take down the tree. Then clean the kitchen... AGAIN. I'm already exhausted though! This is just lunch break. Sadcryface

Wow, and I thought I was bad.

I’m OCD about organization and cleanliness and because I have two dogs that shed nonstop I “have” to vacuum the house everyday, luckily it’s a small house with wood floors but still...EVERYDAY. Arrgghhh!

I have this thing where the house MUST be clean for New Years. I don't know where I acquired such a stupid idea, but I feel that when I go to bed on New Years eve I want to wake to clean home.

In the meantime I make myself and everyone else a bit nutty.

My list sans cat hair is pretty much like yours Smerc.

Anyway, the lunch was a bust, so I did a bit of shopping, got myself a few things at one store, and then went to kohls and spent my $30 in kohls cash. Smile

I feel bad for my friend, she said her and her husband were at the airport flying standby to NY. Guess his aunt died rather suddenly and there are issues they need to deal with.

At least she didn't ask me to babysit her kids (I offered of course) she said she was able to get some family to watch them. Smile

50 hour weeks suck but fuck me the pay days are nice. Especially when some of that is time and a half.

RE: Ranting corner
A lot of tourists in London at the moment. Prime perpetrators of the "standing in the way at the most inappropriate place".

Getting to the Underground platform and standing at the entrance, blocking the way for everyone else.
Standing on the left side of the escalators.
Getting to the top/bottom of escalators and stopping!
Stopping just inside the Tube train door, preventing other people getting on.
Wearing backpack on the train and turning suddenly to talk to their buddies, forcing everyone to dodge and duck.
Not letting you get off the street and onto the sidewalk when jay-walking.
Walking five abreast on narrow London sidewalks
Looking like gormless lost cows.

FUUUUCCKKK!!!! ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!

Better now... Smile

Well, I'm off to the grocery store.

Wish me luck.
