We in the subarctic wastelands of the north must find some petty way to amuse ourselves in lieu of going outside, Chas.

You're from Montreal, you know how it is.

Sometimes I enjoy visiting the lower states along the Mason Dixie line in the winter whenever one of them gets a dusting, or as they interpret it, the storm of the century; and I just sit there and chuckle as their entire state grinds to a halt over a doze or so snowflakes.

This happened to me once in South Carolina. I was exited off the highway by state troopers because it was too dangerous, on account of less than a half of inch of snow. Never mind my snow tires, the front engine and front wheel drive manual transmission car, or the Pennsylvania license plate and ID. I assured the office that I was more than capable of handling the 'road conditions', but apparently this was now a state emergency and he just wasn't having it. So I had to spend the night at a motel, because SC State Troopers don't have any common sense.

Well, I'm enjoying a balmy -5°F (-20.5°C) with a wind chill of -20°F (-29°C) here in Massachusetts, cjlr.

But the sun is shining. Big Grin

What are you trying to get?

You could get a 2014 Honda CB500F new for about $6,500. Consider
