It makes a solid argument in favor of hibernation, doesn't it?

6500 cancelled flights along the Northeastern Coast! Shocking Just keep it there, don't let it loose! It's cold enough, here; I don't need no snow!

55 mph winds are pretty weak bro.

Combined with heavy snow, those take down tree branches and trees, knocking out power. And they're expecting 75+ mph at the coast.

Still weak bro, so is 75.
When I lived in the windy city, 80 mph was a slight breeze. 155 mph and they start considering closing the airport down until the wind calms down. 250 mph and it's probably a good idea to stay inside and away from large trees. 761.2 mph and now we're talking something to be concerned about.

Chas, you could do what all the other old people do and move to Florida - have the Gulf as your front lawn. Tongue

Serves two purposes. Plenty of fun trying to eat it all while the power is out (hey, gotta have something to do right?), plus the peanut butter will be food fuel to keep you warm. Yes

I hope that the world turns, and things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that, even though I do not know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or kiss you, I love you. With all my heart, I love you. - V for Vendetta
