This was brought up a long, long time ago.

Drinking Beverage

In other ranting news: my old man dog can no longer jump onto the bed it's too high. So he wakes me up, then puts his front paws on the bed, and waits for me to get out of bed, walk around it and lift his ass.

Then he gives me a "thanks mom" lick and curls up, falling asleep.

Oddly, if I were more awake, I'd probably just yell at him to fuck off. Shy

I've thought about it, most of the ones we've seen are for smaller dogs. Theyre actually too small for him to navigste. The ones that would work, well i'd rather not kill myself if i do have to walk around the bed in the dark.

From the mattress to the floor is around 29 inches -- which doesn't sound too bad I guess.

Just think of it as practice for when HubbyofMoms needs the help. Big Grin

What about just a wooden box?
