I want a god dman permanent room that I can afford and has good internet, and is in Wellington. Is that god dman so much to fucking ask for!? Because the impression I get is that yes, yes it is too much to fucking ask for.
Heaven forbid I find somewhere that can meet those basic fucking requirements! heaven forbid something actually goes fucking right in this god dman shitting fucking year, heaven forbid my life doesn't turn to fucking shit!!!
Consider
This place you will take exams... is it at a university? A college with a campus? Do they have dormitories, perhaps? If so, get in touch with student housing and explain your situation; you had an apartment lined up and would be in it already but reasons beyond your control have left you with little funding to procure housing for your impending exams. Stress hardship and ask if they have some sort of emergency housing you would be able stay in during your exams. It might be worth a try. Shy
They don't care.
The dates are set and it is your resonsibility to work everything, work, flat, etc.. around those dates.
They'll just say "well you knew what the dates were, it is your responsibility to meet those times"

Unless someone is dead. Then, with proof of a death certificate and only if it's family, will they give you a week extension on doing the exam.

@Vera, I don't punch things.
My folks are more in the crapper then I am. My mom lost her job and my dad is sick and was going to retire this year but can't now (because my mom lost her job) so is going back to work part time. They already automatically pay me money each week to cover the cost of my bike re-payments. Part of getting a place was so Ic an get a part time job so they wouldn't have to give me that money.

And talking of part time job. Sure, I'd love to get a part time job, it was on the top of my agender this year.
But it would be fucking nice to know which fucking city/town I'm going to be living in this god damn year first!

My shit is in my brother-in-laws garage, he thought it was going to be in there for only a week. It's been 3. To say that he is annoyed is an understatment. It'd be, "sure come and stay, and when you leave take your shit with you" which I can't do because I have no where to fucking put it but in my new flat WHICH I DON'T FUCKING HAVE or at my parents which, being 600kms away and only ahving a motorbike, would cost even mooore money that I do not have.

Yea, me staying on some complete strangers couch, having to socialise with them and shit. Could you seriously see me doing that? I would have a fucking panic attack and die.

They live in a shitty fucking town 600km's from actual civilization and the only decent place in this fucking country.
No, it isn't a good situation. Not to mention it's going backwards.

Take a breath Muffs. Seriously, get calm and think things through. If you have to stay somewhere a couple days in order to take your exams then suck it up. Progress for you is goofed up right this minute, don't completely undo what you have been able to do so far. Don't go backward.

I am sorry to hear things are also bad for your parents, that really sucks.

See here they are, the bruises, some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Yes... I've done this... possibly use this in conjunction with the housing office at the university ... many professors offer rooms to hardship students sometimes temporarily and sometimes even permanently. There is also house sitting... get in touch with a real estate company and see if they have any house sitting opportunities ... that could be something to look at for networking a business opportunity, as well.

Brain storming could help you create options. Shy

Just wanted to say that the couch people are usually quite nice and open. Also, socialising leads to more contacts, which means more people who can help out when you're in a tight spot. Also, while a lot of people suck, a lot of them are actually quite nice and willing to help. Just saying.

Forget about your brother-in-law being annoyed. If he can keep your stuff for a week, it can stay there longer. What, is he going to throw parties in his garage. I still think he should let you stay with him, but that's just me.

Also, I think you shouldn't try and decide on anything right, so soon after getting that call. Give it some hours until your anger settles down a bit.

RE: Ranting corner
God damnit!

I submitted a proposal for a project I have to do for school.

I was informed in class today that a section of my proposal was plagiarized; I had no idea it had been plagiarized, I don't even know what part specifically was plagiarized, my teacher didn't tell me! All I know is "The first paragraph" Nothing beyond that. How the fuck would I plagiarize an entire paragraph without even realising it!?

Now I'm going to have to redo the entire paragraph and avoid making the same, invisible mistake. Unless of course I can somehow find what had been taken.

To say I am mad at this event, is an understatement.

The people closely associated with the namesake of female canines are suffering from a nondescript form of lunacy.
