Excellent movie. Good use of comedy. Lots of great special effects.

I realize they have to make an origin story first, but I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Strange in his full mastery of magic vs the Doctor Strange who doesn't really know what the fuck he's doing.

Tilda was excellent as the Ancient One. She's a really good actor. An interesting choice for Wong.

All an all, a good movie.

I saw it Friday morning, and I very much enjoyed it as well.

Personally I've had a soft spot for Mads Mikkelsen ever since he played the delightedly creepy Le Chiffre in Casio Royale (ditto for Eva Green).

Very original.

How original is it, if it's predated by a film in the 70's? Wink

It's original in the way they tell the story. It would seem as if they are telling a past version and a future version side by side. You can notice a logo change and it's speculated that..... nevermind, don't want to spoil it.

Some of the best writing and long game plotting I've ever seen.

The Accountant

Easily the best film I've seen this year. I went in expecting a run-of-the-mill action flick. That's kind of what it is except that Ben Affleck's character is ... I won't spoil it for you. I'll just say that this twist (for lack of a better word) makes the movie. It has my nod for a Best Picture Oscar with Affleck deserving Best Actor. Won't happen of course.

I like it...it's weird...and yeah I don't know what to say, except that it seems each episode kid and I have seen has sparked discussion....

I've only seen the first episode. I'm so confused as to if I really wanna see the next episode or absolutely don't. It's so weird. I mean you know what happened in the first episode. I mean how do you say to yourself "yea.. I want more of that".

I've never been so conflicted about a show before, I usually like it or I don't but this..

Is each episode stand alone? or do they all follow because that first episode didn't really leave much in the way of continuing that story.

A big thanks to Muffs ----

He recommened it, I'd never heard of it -- but it showed up at the local video store (yeah, I'm a fucking dinosaur -- get over it).... so I picked it up.

Not my usual kind of movie (laughs or shit blowing up, or laughing at shit blowing up) -

Trumbo -----

I should have known -- you can't have Bryon Cranston and John Goodman in one movie -- and not have it be great.......

....

Seriously enjoyed it. If you haven't seen it - do so. Well worth the watch.

Doctor Strange...a Marvel hero I didn't know much about, but liked it.

Need to think of a witty signature.
