RE: Rate the Last Film You've Seen
Watching Rogue One and feel it is totally better than The Force (Kills off Han Solo) Awakens.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Passengers: 8/10

Interesting premise well-written and well-executed. Entertaining. I'll want a copy for Christmas.

Just a few flaws, which as usual come from situations being exaggerated for dramatic affect. For instance, part of the spaceship rotates to produce artificial gravity, but when systems fail the gravity is gone in a moment instead of very slowly decreasing with minimal friction.

I second this.

I totally agree

This is why I am highly dubious of the upcoming Xmas release.

The "Awakens" director appears to have considered Star Wars some kind of delightful, adventurous romp, where mayhem just also happens to ensue. I'm not convinced he gets what goes on beneath the surface of life.

IMO, he screwed up the Star Trek universe with a similar directorial attitude.

He better do right by the Last Jedi or the title might become not even slightly ironic. Dodgy

Abrams is not doing Last Jedi. Rian Johnson is.

That's a relief. Shy

Beauty and the Beast.

The original had better acting.

I just watched Only Lovers Left Alive (2013)

I'm not the biggest fan of the vampire genre but man, I loved this movie.
It honestly plays more like a book than a movie but I really admire that.

I'd give it a 9/10. I would definitely watch again.
