Skyfall

4/5

It was a lot slower and smaller in scope than most Bond films, but it wasn't bad. Most are about him defeating some threat to the entire world, this was a more personal picture. I liked it better than Quantum of Solace.

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter.

*groans*

1 out of ten.

Don't waste your time like I did. The only good thing that came out of it was that I postponed watching the latest
Spiderman, which I want to watch with someone.

Lucky Number Slevin was on TV today. It's a 10. I can't recall any good movies I've seen recently other than it.

Johnny English Reborn.

Great, as expected.

The road. (2009)

Great apocalyptic drama which portrays the story of a boy and his father trying to survive..... and to try and be the "good" guys.

Has some touching moments.

8.5/10

Trailer.......

I am a rock, I am the sky, the birds and the trees and everything beyond.
I am the wind, in the fields in which I roar. I am the water, in which I drown.

Warriors of the Rainbow: Seediq Bale

No, it's not about LGBT Soldiers. And it's not about Christian Bale's 2nd cousin Seediq.

It's a beautifully made bloody movie about the indigenous people of Formosa and their fight against Imperialist Japanese occupation. Think Apocalypto meets Red Dawn (the original since I haven't seen the remake yet. Wolverines!) and you'll have a pretty good feel for the film.

I believe there is a 4 1/2 hour version, but Netflix has a streaming version that's around 2 hours. I'd give it 4 out 5 Stars, but you have to read it, so it gets knocked down to 3.8 out of 5 stars. Smile

That's my favorite movie of all time.

Oh fuck yeah Erx, that looks sick, I gotta download that.

Argo.

Meh, watch it if it's on the TV one night if you're bored. It's not a bad film, it's just not that great.
