Hey Peanut. Try: GoodFellas, Pulp Fiction, The Silence of The Lambs, Shawshank Redemption, Dances With Wolves, The Green Mile, The Matrix, The Big Lebowski, Casino, Edward Scissorhands, Seven, 12 Monkeys, & Clerks (and anything else done by Kevin Smith) from the 90's. Plenty other good ones! Cruel Intentions SUCKED.

I just can't watch/listen to dubbed dialogue Undecided
The Host (Korean speach w/ English subtitles) 2 out of 5

Requiem for a Dream.

10/10

Loved it, the stylistic direction, cinematography, and themes were brilliant.

I sat for a full 15 minutes after the credits rolled just thinking about what I had watched.

Mmm, Hubert Selby Jr. He was a rarity. Requiem for a Dream was based on his novel, he also wrote the screenplay.

If you'd like to tackle his written work, I definitely recommend, Last Exit to Brooklyn (1964). A couple of his early novels after that, are incredibly disturbing however, I highly recommend his short stories and later novels. His short stories... can be quiet, haunting, and painfully beautiful.

I think in the end, I just feel like I'm a secular person who has a skeptical eye toward any extraordinary claim, carefully examining any extraordinary evidence before jumping to conclusions. ~ Eric ~ My friend ... who figured it out.

Requiem for a Dream now holds the distinction for being the ONLY movie that has kept me up all night due to an inability to stop thinking about. Big Grin

I'm glad somebody agrees...

And I'm a movie addict; THAT is why I decided to watch Cruel Intentions. I will watch almost any movie. I've seen ten of the movies you listed Thumbsup

Oblivion 6/10

I was prepared to hate it as I don't particularly care for Cruise. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a total waste of time.

Spirited Away by Hayao Miyazaki 15/10 10 stars

If you have never seen it stop what you are doing and track it down. One of the all time great films animated or otherwise. The storytelling is wonderful and the characters are deep.

I'll look it up even though I'm not a fan of anime.

It's actually closer to old school Disney than it is to anime.

Judge Dread 5/10

Felt like a combination of RoboCop, and an armageddon movie with a Telepath to boot.

Not much plot and lots of things that don't make sense but if you want a dumb movie with lots of gunfire and explosions then this will work for you.

Just an outsider looking inn.
