Emperor.
Boring! And barely had anything to do with the general or the emperor!

Not great, 6,5.
Hmmmmm, Rosamund. Hottest blonde in film!

Bad casting for Reacher. He's 6'5", 230 lbs.
Cruise, not so much.

RE: Rate the Last Film You've Seen
This one goes to 11. Mind bludgeoning and painfully realistic treatment of one man's personal experience. 12 Years A Slave is a film adaptation of a memoir published in 1853. My saying anything other than SEE IT would be pointless.

I've been in crush with Chiwetel Ejiofor for many years so it was a no brainer for me to rush out see it. He will need to make space on his award display shelves. As will fellow actor Michael Fassbender and director Steve McQueen.

I think in the end, I just feel like I'm a secular person who has a skeptical eye toward any extraordinary claim, carefully examining any extraordinary evidence before jumping to conclusions. ~ Eric ~ My friend ... who figured it out.

Man of steel 3/10 worth a watch if you've got nothing better to do, but predictable, silly, unbelievable, cliche, blah...

Midnight in Paris

I generally dislike Woody Allen AND Owen Wilson but they managed to make me like the movie. The humor is a bit blah and the way they tried to fit every famous artist in it makes you feel rather uncomfortable at times but hey, it's Paris, it's pretty, it's interesting and the movie fully agrees with my idea that there's no "good old days".
I'd watch it again. It's not anything profound though, so I'd give it 7/10.

The To Do List 8/10. Not the best movie ever, but funny! This was right up my alley!

That from a book or something?
Doesn't really matter though, it was just a boring story. More an episode of a tv show.

Homefront.
Not bad, 6,5/10
It's a movie written by Stallone for Statham, you don't go in expecting much, you get just enough bang for your buck.
