Transformers 3: Dark Side of the Moon

2/5

It doesn't really have any substance to it. The film is just your typical Michael Bay flick--i.e., lots of explosions. I will say looking at Rosie Huntington-Whiteley really made the film more bearable to watch, though.

There's nothing neutral about tits. You, sir, are disqualified. Angry
You just say that because you are blinded with biased for the tits.

I on the other hand see clear as day because I am not biased.
Thus what I say about tits is rational, non-biased and neutral and what you say is hormone fueled bias.

Thus, I continue my point that I am the perfect judge.

Just watched Silver Linings Playbook.

Fucking great movie. There's a movie that will almost bring ya to tears, make you laugh, make you sad and then make you have a grin across your face bigger then the grand canon.

I don't think I have ever rooted for the main character to []"win"[/i] as I have in this movie.

I saw first 10 minutes of the new Start Trek: Into the Darkness. Shit looks epic. I think I will go to my stasis chamber until this movie comes out... See you in a few months.

Silent Hill Revelation 3D. I'd give it a 1/10. Complete piece of shite. I wrote a long and rambling review of it here, but I can't recommend it anyone because it really sucks.

I agree amyb. I was stupid enough to spend money to see it in theaters as well

No one else saw first 10 minutes of ST? No one went to see the Hobbit in IMAX? What the hell is wrong with people in this place, since HoC left, you all went crazy.

Terminator: Salvation

3/5

The thing that bothered me about the previous two movies and the TV show was that John Connor was portrayed as a pussy. He really didn't give off the "I'm going to be the savior of humanity" vibe. You also never saw him training for combat, either. That's why it was so odd to see the Connor of Salvation (Christian Bale) doing crazy shit like jumping out of a helicopter over a stormy sea and swimming to submarine. It was nice to see him kickin' ass and taking names for a change.

One of the problems I had with this film was that Sam Worthington's type of terminator is faaaar superior to the T-800 introduced in the original movie (as portrayed by Schwarzenegger). A robot that believed it was human would have been a better assassin because it could ingratiate itself to the target and then kill them once the proper protocol had been triggered. One could argue that Worthington's model was never produced again because he rebelled, but I'm sure skynet could have figured out a way around that.

Life of Pi.

It's a fucking weird movie, especially one particular part (you'll know it if you see the movie), but end is very good and wraps it all up and makes the movie not weird any more.
8/10

Drive - 6/10. I thought the story was bullshit.
