RE: Reality vs The bible world
I prefer reality - I wouldn't want to live in the Bible world, since it seems that every little thing can get you smited by God, such as not being a Jew and occupying the wrong land, catching the ark as it falls, sex out of wedlock (but only if you're a woman, guys get a 'get out of jail' card on that one, apparently).

Better without God, and happier too.

This world is magnificent!

After watching Philhellenes' YouTube video, "Science Saved My Soul," I concluded that it didn't matter if God existed because this world is enough (wasn't until later that I concluded there is no God)....I remember all the times as a believer how my experience of the earth's natural wonder was stolen from me when I grudgingly remembered that I was supposed to be giving God the credit. I'll take reality please, no need for some bronze age myth.
