Reformation day
Next year is the 500th anniversary of Reformation Day. 31st of October is only public holiday in predominantly protestant german states (neither where i grew up nor where i am currently living/working), but next year it will be a public holiday in all of Germany. So, "Yay for Luther", because i have to work one day less in 2017. Tongue

RE: Reformation day
Wow, care to convince the U.S. to give us a holiday for it? Tongue

Saw a non-denom youth minister friend post on Facebook how thankful he was to Martin Luther and a happy Reformation Day yesterday. Had to bite my tongue to go for, "Thank Luther? Interesting given you disagree with literally everything he teaches except the divinity of Christ and the Resurrection."

Need to think of a witty signature.
