Yes. I know for a fact. We spoke about it often.

Wow, just going by his posts it's not obvious. He had a great sense of humor.

I know. This is why it screwed me so hard. I ended up in hospital twice and two other visits to the doctors.

To say it hit me hard is a massive understatement.

I spoke again about the effect in hospital earlier today.

Erik's death crushed me.

I remain heartbroken and confused. Heart

I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.

Thanks mate.

I do however feel similar to many members here. Thumpa, you, Hobbitgirl etc etc.

The loss of any of you would be keenly felt by me.

I have seen too much death and suffering over the last 2 years. Let alone my lifetime.

Erik was but one whom I care for deeply.

Heartbroken, yes. Not confused though. The value of life is very subjective. What your life means to you may be completely different from what mine means to me. There is no universal personal value. That means you can't take it personal, there is no way you could have changed what happened. Not when he really meant for it to happen.

He is very much missed though, I read what he had to say almost daily and he made me laugh. I, too, wish he could have stayed around longer.

Its often the way, Tony Hancock, Robin Williams. Humour can sometimes hide great pain.

You included, Dom.

Simply too many to name.

Cormic Raven.
Jewelarcher.
Tomasia.
Chas.
Mum.
Freethought.
Evenheathen.
Etc etc etc.

If your name is missing, it is not. It is in my mind. I love this community.

The feeling is mutual and I'm sure this is one instance where I can confidently speak for everyone else.
