RE: Remembering Nishi
Nishi? Oh no. Undecided

I only pop in on random threads now and then, but I look for specific people to see what they're up to. Nishi was always someone I looked for and paid attention to - so easy going and funny. If a subject was getting out of hand, he would lighten the tone for me. He seemed to be such a sweet, bear of a guy.

This says to me, we really only get a small bit of each other in our daily interactions. Maybe Moms can extend our love and condolences to Nishi's family.

A new type of thinking is essential if mankind is to survive and move to higher levels. ~ Albert Einstein

Wow. I had no idea. Man, I barely knew the guy and I'm tearing up. Sad

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

I gotta go away from the computer now. Every time one of my friends posts this, I tear up again and I just have to step away. What a shame, that we could not help him and he felt so helpless.

Girly's gonna stay. I weep for Nishi long time.

Let's keep it here

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Likewise. Looks like I'll be spending a lot of time in the woods these coming days. Sure could use a Girlybear hug right about now.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

I missed your "On belay?" Brotherman. Not much left to say but "Belay on, Brotherman, belay on."

RE: Remembering Nishi
I haven't been here long, but Nishi was one of the people that I noticed and respected. I can't say that I ever spoke to Nishi, but this news is nonetheless heartbreaking. My sympathies go out to all those who knew him. He is already missed.

Holy crap. I leave for a few days and come back to this. I always liked him.
