Anyone want an Aussie rules club? There are 18 and i could fill yoU in.

Thought St Kilda....the saints would be ideal for K.C.

oh I see, we're talking about football, I have to get used to read the forum section when I browse the new topics Tongue

It can't be football. Football has scores like Liverpool 1: Chelsea 1.

You are confusing all the Americans who think that football means that game where you pick up the ball. They call it soccer. Actually, something most Americans don't know, and possibly a lot of people from other countries is that soccer is derived from "association football" which distinguished it from "rugger" or rugby football. .. edit... I don't know when there was a split actually, so I removed some info.

Talking of which...
I'm about to call my 90 year old father and ask him how he feels.
He is Welsh!
To bring him down to earth, I will ask him why Wales always seem to win the Grand Slam the year AFTER the World Cup.

Also, avoid all Irishmen today...
Losing to England on St Patrick's Day is a special kinda pain.

In Autralian Rules Football, a goal when the ball goes through the big middle sticks, equals six points. If the ball goes between the smaller outside sticks it is a behind or one point. Scores of over 100 points are not uncommon.

There are plans for Aussie Footy to become a major international sport.Shy

Yay! I have obviously confused basketball with gridiron.
At 174 cms I was too short to play the former well.
As for gridiron a few A.F.L players have tried the latter
over the years, most recently, Sav Rocca.......

Yeah I mean, IU beat Kentucky this year but the way IU has played so far in the tourney compared to Kentucky, I just don't see them being able to stop them.

In fact, I don't see anyone on Kentucky's side of the bracket capable of contending with them. Their ball control and speed is absolutely off the charts, while IU committed 22 turnovers against a very mediocre VCU. I'm gonna call UK being in the finale right now.
