Hit "reply to post," use spaces to break up the post, copy the tag line and paste over each section, copy the end quote thing and paste it at the end of each section. Make sure the forward slash is in place else you reply with an empty space... or onlinebiker's method works pretty well also.

I do it as above when I'm feeling all erudite and shit. And no, Moms, I would never do that on a mobile device. (Well I did it once, which is why I say never. Tongue )

You don't really need to copy and repeatedly paste the [ quote='Gwaithmir' pid='1172458' dateline = '1492378345' ] text as per your above example—unless you're quoting different posters within one single response; the "quote" tags will do it automatically for you otherwise, and with only a single click.
