You could turn it around on them too.

When you see them coming, and they ask if they can ask you a question, just say "I was about to ask you the same thing... Have you been touched by His Noodly Appendage?"

Make sure you practice the way a zealot's eyes kinda glaze over before the Witnessing begins.

This. That's what I would do if I didn't want to be hassled. And it's the truth, when you're at work, it's nice when people don't bother you about crap like that or try to force their religion on you.
