And there are good cases for that. I wasn't there so it's all academic to me. I did get into an argument with the Mayor of Lafayette over this one. I was cataloging the local historical associations collection of posters from WWI and WWII. Turned out they had one that was the only known original copy left.

As an icon of feminism, I think her legacy will endure for a long time. At least she got recognition before her death.

Freedom is servitude to justice and intellectual honesty.

My mother was a sort of "Rosie the Riveter". When she was 18 or so she moved down from Canada to Detroit and worked in one of the armament factories there. She helped assemble the bombs together and later they had her testing the bomb switches or something. They'd come down the conveyer belt and one after another she'd test each one. She did other stuff there to. Later she got a job developing film for the army. She said some of the photos were horrific.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.
