Ireland with the come-back victory?
Could be in the making by the looks of things.

I sure hope so. I'm still a bit shell shocked by the start Argentina made. Who the fuck do they think they are? The All Blacks!
Damn, I don't think my liver can take much more of this.

Fair play to the Argies! Now that Ireland are out I can enjoy the rest of the competition. At least we went further than the Brits!

Well even before Scotland kicks off against Australia, it's obvious the northern hemisphere is still lagging behind the south when it comes to rugby. Argentina could surprise everyone and go all the way. Gotta run out to the bookies and check the odds for the Argies to make the final.

The way rugby is reffereed in the North doesn't help the teams learn how to play an expansive and exciting brand of rugby.

With penalties galore, there isn't much free flowing play, not much chance to use the back line.

Even When England were world beaters a few years back it wasn't cause of their ability to score tries, it was Wilkinson's boot.

Well I got the quarters hopelessly wrong.
I thought the NZ v France game was gonna be close and the Aus v Scotland game a landslide Aus victory.

Nope.

Good shit though, this WC has been fantastic thus far.

They're good but they're not that good yet. (key word, yet).

This past year and a half or so IIRC (I tried to google but couldn't come up with a list of their recent matches) they've beaten Australia, France, Italy, South Africa and Ireland. All nations who're not exactly known for going down easy.
