Untrue story actually. Marsupials never hung out in Africa according to what I can find on Wikipedia...

Yeah, you guys got stuck with the monkeys and great apes and some kind of hairless thing called Homo sapiens.

OK, so SA gave a decent account of themselves. That was the first time we'd seen NZ on the ropes and they came through with composure. A great rugby spectacle, that!

Australia 29 - Argentina 15

Great game! Fantastic and brave effort from Argentina but brilliant defence from Australia. Best team won in the end. Looking forward to the final.

Once again it’s an ALL MARSUPIAL final!

The Eastern Brown Bandicoots will face the Spotted-tail quolls

It’s going to be a doozy!

The penalty count certainly helped even the score.
NZ combated that by playing the second half well within SA territory.

Well, NZ didn't have any native marsupials. we must have left Gondwanaland land before any mammals came to be.

We just ended up with the animals that could fly or swim to our island such as birds and a bat, but then because our island is heaven on earth the birds stuck around and many lost their ability to fly due to lazing on the beach all day.

I'm not so sure I agree. I turned it off halway through the second half - wasn't enjoying it.

I can't imagine the final being particularly spectacular. I think SA came as close as anyone will. I recon Oz won't be so successful.

...but then my predictions so far have been somewhat poor...Laugh out load
