Satans cost
I was in the line at Menards and the guy in the next line was checking out. His total came to $666 and change. He then grabbed a candy bar and said to the cashier that he wasn't going to endorse the devil. I can't believe people are still this stupid in the 21st century.

"If we are honest—and scientists have to be—we must admit that religion is a jumble of false assertions, with no basis in reality.
The very idea of God is a product of the human imagination."

Haha! What an idiot.

A true Christian would have known that the total came to $666 in the first place because the devil wanted to make him buy a candy bar.

Atheism is NOT a Religion. It's A Personal Relationship With Reality!

RE: Satans cost
A long time ago I used to eat at a Boston Market. I learned that with one certain combo and a small side, it would total $6.66. I would do it just because people would freak out. I go in one day and they had raised the price by one penny.

You should have offered to pay for his candy bar, then laughed like a maniac. Big Grin

RE: Satans cost
I thought the number 666 referred to the Roman emperor Nero, not Satan. It's easy to confuse the two, I know. Oh wait, no it's not; Satan killed way less people. Wink

If we came from dust, then why is there still dust?

I've held enough cashier jobs, for extra money, to tell you that guy is far from alone. As aggravating as that special breed can be; as a cashier, they break apart the humdrum routine with a dash of humorous insanity.

If mine came to $664 I'd buy a candy car so it was $666. Evil_monster
