I never watched Disney stuff as a kid, so these clips are new to me.

Disney movies didn't freak me out most of the time. Some scenes I thought were creepy, but on the whole I just viewed as necessary part of the story. Not every story is happy and fluffy and not every character is going to still be alive at the end, no matter how much I want them to.

I think that is one of the issues with kids now. Parents have shielded their kids from reality so much that any kind of realistic take on life no matter how minor is viewed as too scary for them. Like earmuffs said, sometimes a little dose of fear is a good thing. Big Grin

I never got to see Dumbo. Mom said it was racist garbage and wouldn't let me watch.
