Zazen is intrinsically secular. Here's the take on it from a brilliant Jew who spent 5 years in a Zen Buddhist monastery:

“Well, for one thing, in the tradition of Zen that I’ve practiced, there is no prayerful worship and there is no affirmation of a deity. So theologically there is no challenge to any Jewish belief.”

Last paragraph of that interview is one of the best takeways I've ever read.
