I'm not too familiar with this. As I understand it racial segregation was required?
If so that's not what I'm saying. But im always open to being convinced otherwise.

Well business owners have the right to refuse service as long as it is not done for reasons of religion, gender, race, or sexual orientation (the last one is not universal in the US) as those are legally protected. So if you are not saying to remove those then we already have it and the point is moot if you are my point about Jim Crow still stands.
