You must be really drunk when this (allegedly) happens, to actually think they're lovely. But it's also very sweet Dodgy
Of course I'm really drunk when it happens... I always fully commit to a night out.

RE: Sex with drunk women
Considering this specific example that you posit: The person in question has gotten drunk and is coming on to you.
It's not rape, but a gentleman/lady would not take advantage of the situation, methinks. And just because you were drunk and made poor decisions while intoxicated doesn't mean you can scream rape and make it go away.

If someone's so drunk they're passed out in a pool of their own vomit with their hand conveniently placed on your thigh, they're not coming on to you!

And: Men can be raped. There are ways to force someone to get an erection. It's not any less serious, but our society seems to think that men are too strong and macho to need protecting from predators. Poor weak and timid women, on the other hand, do.

I generally don't get drunk (shock horror! how many Irish people have you heard say that?). And if I ever do, I have a "no-sex-while-drunk" policy. Not because I'm necessarily worried about poor judgement (I have poor judgement when sober after all), but mostly because drunk sex sucks.

IMO -- unless the alcohol is being pushed on the individual once they have already gotten to a point of no return-- meaning that the intention is to get the person so drunk that they can not object -- than that person should be held accountable for the decisions they make. I know a girl who pressed charges for this very deal -- she tried her best to ruin a young mans life because she didn't like his reaction to waking up to her the next morning. He was pretty upfront about it being a mistake and that he didn't want anything further with her-- and she didn't like that at all. Luckily there were about 5 of us at the bar that night that heard her bragging about going home with him and were able to defend him. Note-- we were friends with her.. not the guy being charged. She ended up dropping charges and admitting that she embellished the story -( due to us cornering her and telling her the whole deal was BS ) needless to say we are no longer friends.. UGH

I suppose what I meant specifically was penetrative sex. I dont see how a man can maintain an erection whilst put in that situation, even if they were spiked with Viagra or something.

It just needs enough stimulation and it could stay up. Off the top of my head I know of 2 cases here where men have been raped by women both times involved their drinks being spiked and they must have managed to stay hard for it to happen.

Not necessarily. Mainly because I cannot force an individual to want something they may or may not want on their own. That's why, when I'm around drunk chicks, I tend to sit back and let them do all the work. They're the ones rubbing all over me and biting my earlobe. I just happen to be there. Thumbsup
First of....Mis.....pff haha right. Tongue

I do have to say its sad to see the attitude that men are unable to be the victims of a sex crime. It might be physically harder to rape a man (I guess) But it does happen.

I agreeeeee.. and I'll be honest.. probly being jaded from this event I don't believe half the girls I hear whining about it.. A lot of them seem to be attention seekers and my radar goes off.. That being said.. I would never say that to them -- I would definitley keep my doubts on that subject to myself!
