RE: Share a Song
Great thread! I'll throw in...
Bear vs. Shark was a post-hardcore band from the early 2000's. They were around a few years and then broke up. Shame...Their album "Terrorhawk" is, in my opinion, one of the best albums of the past 25 years. All these songs are from that album. Hope you enjoy! You know what's awesome? Punk music. Not the sex pistol, not that contrived bullshit made to sell that is only remotely offensive, not the Ramones. Real punk. Punk that makes you feel like you're a terrible human being and throws it in your face. Yeah, the Dead Kennedys are awesome.

Not that I minded the Pistols or Ramones, but I'm definitely STILL mad that "punk" is thrown around for excrement eating worms like green day and those who followed greedy capitalist suit. I enjoy a little Ani DiFranco from time to time. My lady introduced her to me, had heard "Little Plastic Castle", but I never explored further. Took her to two Ani concerts, and despite the warnings of my coworkers that the feminists would chop my manhood off, I had a really good time. Ani is an excellent artist. Ani DiFranco-"Red Letter Year" And of course I have to inject something harder...Not a huge Nightwish fan, but I loved their cover of "Phantom of the Opera" "Phantom of the Opera" Something something something Dark Side Something something something complete |
