I like how Kim thinks. When you break up, the best way is to delete all emails, delete the phone number. And you are done. Even if you want to call her (by any reason) or send her a love letter, heart-breaking email, or angry spam, or anything, you have no more contacts and you are safe. That is the easiest way to limit yourself, I do it all the time and it works wonders. If she want to call you, she always can, but never again memorise the phone number and never return the call. This can be used for friends that you do not like anymore as well.

Walk away. As much as I love revenge, as much as the sweet revenge is sweeter than chocolate, it is just not worth it. You are emotional now, but give it a week or two, you will feel and think differently. Never act on emotions, emotions are bad, m'kay?

Walk away...

Anger, revenge and misery will sooner or later explode in your face like a grenade!

I know it feel shitty (I've been there. Believe me) but at least you will be able to look into the mirror and say that the man in the picture is greater then childish games.

The Grammar Nazi Filox says:

Now, I have become Filox, the destroyer of hearts...
Big Grin

And, you'd be wrong, because usually it is I who is left with a broken heart. Otherwise, I wouldn't need to delete the numbers, would I?

To the OP:
You said in the name of this subject how she is your ex, but that is not really true, because if she is married, meaning she was never yours and that is why you couldn't loose her, nor call her your ex. She is just something that passed. What was that? I don't know, I forgot...

I just got dumped yesterday. I'm going to spare the details, but I have a way to not only get that... woman (I typed a whole slur of curse words, deleted them, and replaced them with 'woman') discharged from the military, but to allow her husband, whom she was cheating on with me, full custody of her kids when they finalize the divorce.

I really want to do it, but is it really worth it?
You are so completely in the wrong; I can't believe you would seriously consider doing anything but walk away.

Just walk away.

This is good, sound advice, do not waste anymore time or effort.

If he knew she was married he should just slink away.

Sorry, just can't help myself, every time I'm reminded of that quote I have to watch this Oppenheimer clip.
