Sometimes a thread is remembered and resurrected and people have fun with it...one that comes to mind that I haven't seen in a while is the word association thread. It comes and goes.

I have but a little more thought into it before and said that the time limit should be long and I mean very long. For example a post from 2011 that keeps being posted in is not a necro thread, a 2009 post from that hasn't been posted on since 2009 should be locked, especially if it is a thread that was never popular in the first place.
